In case your aas.tech product need to be repaired or you may request other service with your aas.tech product follow these instructions:<\/p>\n
RMA Process<\/strong><\/p>\n Please contact us in advance with your request. If you would like to send us goods, for example for repairs, please request an RMA number through sales@aastech.de before sending them to us.<\/p>\n Please provide with your request<\/p>\n <\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=“1_2″ _builder_version=“4.8.2″ _module_preset=“default“][et_pb_text _builder_version=“4.8.2″ _module_preset=“default“]<\/p>\n You will receive a Return Material Authorisation document with RMA number by E-Mail.\nPlease attach the RMA sheet to the equipment inside the shipment box.<\/p>\n Ensure that the material is safe and protective packed into an appropriate shipment box so that no damages to the packed equipment can occur during transport.<\/p>\n Shipment shall be arranged by customer at no expenses to be paid by aas.tech The material shall be accompanied by a delivery note and a failure description. After incoming inspection we will contact you with the details.<\/p>\n We also provide repair service for products which are out of DUK or AAS production, even if the device comes from productions lots 2000 or earlier. In many cases we can help.
